The Dining space features a window box for added and living space.
The Kitchen features an 84 inch island design with stainless steel double sink and dishwasher. The island also features a breakfast bar for addition dining and entertaining. There is also a 30 inch cook top with hood, a wall oven and microwave, and a 36 inch refrigerator recess. Plenty of lower and upper cabinets, as well as counter space and full tile back splash.
The Living space features a 6 foot glass sliding door that opens to a covered side deck.
The Front Entry door is 36 inches wide, and opens from the Front Porch. An adjacent coat closet adds storage.

The Exterior features a 1/3 pitched gable roof with 12 inch overhang. An integrated front porch with railings and posts, leads to the carport driveway. Lap siding, white trim, and aluminum skirting add the the exterior curb appeal.
The Carport side features a 30 inch entry door to the Utility/Laundry Room, with adjacent water heater closet and access door. The carport has an aluminum awning and side entry porch.
